This Privacy Policy explains how LastCO LLC ("LastCO", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit
lastco.net, create an account, or play our free-to-play Conquer Online private server.
2. Information we collect
Account data — username, email address, password (stored hashed), related account settings, and a record of when you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy (timestamp, IP, and document version).
Gameplay / character data — characters, inventory, progress, and similar game records needed to run the server.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, and server logs used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Payment / donation data — processed by third-party payment providers (for example PayPal). We receive confirmation of payment status; we do not store full card numbers.
Communications — messages you send to support (email/Discord).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use the following cookies:
Essential session cookie — keeps you logged in while browsing the website. Required for the site to work.
Remember Me cookie (lastco_remember) — optional. Set only if you choose "Remember me" at login. Stores a secure token so you stay signed in for up to 30 days.
Google Analytics cookies — used only for registered accounts. By creating an account and accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that we may use Google Analytics (Measurement ID
G-Y315H8E6V2) while you are logged in to understand how members use the site. Guests who are not logged in do not receive Analytics cookies. You can turn analytics off anytime in
Account → Analytics settings.
Google reCAPTCHA — used on forms to prevent bots and abuse. Google may set cookies when reCAPTCHA runs.
4. Why we process data (legal bases)
Contract / service delivery — creating accounts, logging in, running the game, delivering purchases.
Legitimate interests — security, fraud/abuse prevention, server stability, and basic site operations.
Consent / account agreement — Google Analytics for logged-in members as described in this policy when you create an account; optional Remember Me at login. You may withdraw analytics via Account settings.
Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information by law.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
Google Analytics — website analytics for logged-in registered users (can be disabled in Account settings).
Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection on forms.
Payment processors (e.g. PayPal) — donation/checkout processing.
Hosting / infrastructure providers — to operate the website and game servers.
6. Retention
Account and character data — while your account remains active, and for a reasonable period after deletion requests or inactivity (unless longer retention is required for security or legal reasons).
Remember Me tokens — up to 30 days (or until logout / revoke).
Analytics consent choice — stored on your account until you change it.
Server/security logs — for a limited period needed for security and operations.
7. Your rights (including GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK (or similar regions), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Children
LastCO is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. Accounts for users under 18 are not permitted (parents/guardians must register and accept responsibility if a minor plays under their account, as described in our Terms). If you believe someone under 18 provided personal data in violation of this policy, contact us so we can delete it.
9. International transfers
Our servers and some providers (including Google) may process data in the United States or other countries.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
Continued use of the site after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
